Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to be the lead for our sales team, This is a truly exciting opportunity for an experienced sales oriented individual that seeks, growth and development.

Sales Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepares the annual Business Development & Sales Plan for the region
  • Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share
  • Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Company’s products.
  • Directs the sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of company targets and profitability in line with company vision and values
  • Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
  • Develop staff by identifying training needs, coaching, counseling, communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
  • Formulate Market analysis and deliver accurate business reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting)
  • Further develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow the clients’ accounts
  • Build referral and lead generation network
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership. communication, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation skills both one-on-one and to a group of end users and/or distributors
  • Innovative and self-motivated
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Education and experience:

  • A bachelor’s degreefrom a college or university; or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Min.3-5years of experiencein a similar positiondedicated tothe marketsof Middle East /North Africa and the resultingknowledge oflocal conditions
  • Experience insales and /or management of thesale ofa large number ofbrandsand product groups
  • Experience of working withwholesalers, retailers, local and international retail chains
